Before we begin on September 1st, I wanted to touch base with some important info for you all. If you’re keen to join me next month, continue reading to ensure that you’re set to go at the beginning of next month!

What’s included in the 30 Day Libido & Vitality Reset?
Each week throughout September I will publish a new article here on Substack. You will be emailed it too (for those of you who prefer email over logging into Substack or using the app).
In the article I’ll include a personal share about how I’m going on my reset, what supps I’m taking, what exercise I’m doing, what food I’m eating (and not eating) … plus prompts and inspiration to support you on your own reset journey. I want us all feeling fabulous by the end of it, and I’m here to inspire you! Naturally we will all have different intentions and goals, dependent on what we feel we need to feel great. But as a community it will be fun to do it together and celebrate our wins together.
I will also include fun voice notes, plus I have a couple of experts I’d love to interview throughout the month. I’ll record the interviews and include them in my weekly content so that you can listen via voice note.
This 3o Day Reset is for you if:
You’re feeling like you need a little overhaul of your health.
Your energy is low and you want a boost!
Your libido has disappeared, or is low, and you want it to be firing again!

Things to reflect on prior to beginning on September 1st.
Think about your intention for joining - how do you want to feel by the end of the month?
Is there some movement or exercise that you love doing? Think of at least one form of movement you love - something that you’d look forward to.
What food are you eating at the moment that makes you feel like shit? Or perhaps makes you feel sluggish? Hint: you may be prompted to cut it out for the month of September once we begin ;)
