It’s 10am and I’m in bed eating a bowl of fruit and yoghurt, watching a Netflix doco by myself. This is rare. Very rare now that we have a toddler! But I’m listening to my body’s need for rest, and indulging in this simple pleasure without guilt. SO GOOD! And I thought there’s no better time than now to record a little voice memo to you all.
