Hi Juliet. Lovely to read the update. I’m really enjoying my subscription and this community, thank you for that 🙏🏻 I am not participating in the reset though because I have Covid and I already made intentions a few weeks ago haha. I do find it motivating to read about what everyone else is doing 💛
I also really got started yesterday - had an amazing bike ride with my partner. It’s fall here and we are so many fresh veggies in the garden, and I took some time over this past weekend to do a lot of cooking from scratch (something I haven’t had much time for lately). Today I’ll be going for a swim, and I’m so inspired to get my body moving again! Thank you Juliet for sharing your reset experience, inspiration, and tips with us 💕
Honestly I kind of started just today. Was away for work until yesterday and now I am seeing some things I need and want to prepare to flow better with my intentions. I love the banana bread idea so I'm gonna try it. And most probably gonna do some salty breakfast patties too since I love eating savoury in the morning.
Hey Juliet! It's been going super well overall, except for the first day, which was a bit of a write-off day due to poor sleep the night before (I struggle with insomnia), so instead it was a day of rest and just deeply planning how to move forward, intention setting, and that felt really good and motivating. So this weekend was incredible! I really thrive when I have a morning routine...as someone with ADHD that is a MUST but I didn't have one for the past while as I was in burnout/just surviving. So, thank you so much for highlighting the importance of that! So establishing that (and a bedtime routine actually!) has been my huge win as it just allows everything else to follow really. I think going forward I really need to figure out my sleep issues...so I've got acupuncture this evening as that is sooo great for activating the parasympathetic NS!
Hi Juliet! Was working well until yesterday when I even managed my walk despite rough weather but ended up getting mastitis from trying to increase my supply so I could have some milk stored for the days I have to go to the office #fail spent the whole day in bed not eating how I wanted to but with my little one though so wasn’t too bad. Feeling much better today though so ready to try again xx
Kia Ora Juliet, thank you for creating this reset challenge and for your gentle reminders of the small steps that can be taken for our vitality and health. I like that everything feels really attainable. I've gone out and bought some coconut oil, tounge scraper and skin brush. I love the idea of these being apart of my daily ritual. I have also got back into slow movements/stretches to start my day. Slowly but surely :)
I also signed up for your intimacy blueprint a number of weeks back and to be really honest only managed to get one week in. We experienced some major grief in our whānau shortly after the course started and I have been struggling mentally to get back on track. But honestly, the timeliness of this reset is so perfect and has served as a reminder to me and my partner to prioritise ourselves and our partnership again, and we are looking forward to incorporating the course into our reset this month also. I just wanted to jump in here and acknowledge you (and Nick) for the work that you do. We think you are both absolutely beautiful and the gifts you share are just wonderful.
I’m doing this Juliet! I have an almost 23 month old and have just begun cutting day breastfeeding, we are at 4 feeds a day now. I fed on demand for 22 months 😆😅
You wouldn’t believe the amount of meat, raw milk and butter i have consumed in the last 1.5 yrs 🤣 after being vegan/pescatarian for 5 yrs.
My son is a ball of energy and our family lives in another state. The libido and period has felt the effects the last 6 months or so!
My biggest goal is to find pockets to slow down and love myself more. Exercise and eating is so easy for me but that deep self love while juggling motherhood is a challenge! Xxx
I HAVE been taking my mushroom sups, doing my hip opener stretches and walking my dog.
But I’m under an immense amount of stress over my moms health- she’s battling cancer and it’s really hard right now. Raising my kids, working, trying to stay connected to my fiancé. Cooking and cleaning for my parents 3 nights a week, drs appointments and navigating symptoms for my mama. 🥺 I’m up to my eyeballs in stress these days.
My period was 4 days late and I have radiating period pain all the way down my legs.
I feel like this reset has come at the perfect time. Because it reminded me to do small things to care for myself. Take the 🍄, do the stretches, walk the dog.
Without setting that intentions, I wouldn’t be doing those small things.
On my walk today a dear friend called to tell me about her super fun new dating experiences and we laughed. I haven’t leaguers in so long. I’m reflecting on my goal and updating it to include “finding small moments of joy”
💗thank you for creating this beautiful space to share and be intentional.

Oi! The typos 😳
To be honest. I am really struggling.
