I am really feeling this boost in self-esteem since establishing a morning routine, evening routine, and all the other great things about this reset. My body is fully detoxing just from eating super healthy and taking detoxifying supplements. So that's been a bit tough physically but empowering mentally. My sleep is slowly but surely improving, but still hit and miss I guess. I feel empowered to have tools and resources to help with that now though. My boundary-setting is getting clearer and more certain, which I know will protect me from so much going forward. And I feel more optimistic, which comes with the self-esteem I guess. The challenges for me have been my gut and sleep issues getting in the way by creating fatigue and low mood/energy. But the wins are that I haven't allowed it to stop my routines, including exercise - I just exercise lighter if I'm tired. And mostly the exercise makes me feel less tired! Lesson learned there! I can't actually imagine going back to not having these tools in place. I think this new way of existing is here to stay (or evolve). I also introduced alkaline breathwork to my morning routine...and WOW. It's honestly like my chronic fatigue is 80-90% gone. I don't wanna jinx it but it's pretty incredible how powerful just 15-20 minutes of breathing a certain way can be! Thanks so much for the inspiration Juliet and everyone else in this community! <3

So things have been a little wonky still (and will be for quite awhile I feel). My partner has been amazing about supporting me through this rough patch.
Sleep has been tough, some nights I’m at the hospital with mom, I’m not sleeping much at all. But on nights I’m home I’ve been taking a magnesium supplement and sleeping really well. My consistent morning routine has been doing a super short stretch routine, taking my mushroom supplements (either a blend of cordyceps, reishi, lionsmane and turkey tail- or and MD of our home grown batch) which has really been supporting my energy and positivity. Exercise has consisted mostly of a commitment to take the stairs at the hospital whenever possible 😜 I’m also fortunate that my work is physical. Food has been okay. my teenager makes us breakfast most mornings 🙌🏻 and we have easy healthy things on hand for that. I make my work salads in bulk for the week so that’s been good. Dinners at home are always healthy. But when I’ve been in hospital it’s been less than healthy, take out or cafeteria choices.
Mostly my libido has been super low, due to all the things. However! My sister was in town and with my parents for the weekend. Our kiddos were all with their other parents for the weekend. My man made me dinner Friday night, tucked me into bed for 12 hours of sleep… I woke up that morning so hungry for him! We made love like five times on Saturday. While folding laundry, tidying the kitchen, painting some furniture for our upcoming wedding, while walking our dog through the secluded part of the park… and then finally while in bed for the night. 😍🥰
It’s back to the busy life again now, but we’ve been texting and sneaking in little remarks about the weekend- keeping that love and connection flowing. 💗
I am finally getting into gear and focusing on nutrition my partner decided to start with me this week so we’ve been eating clean for 2 days and I’m also taking foraged for you mothers blend and I’m definitely feeling all the crap leaving my body already can’t wait until feeling the benefits! Have managed to continue daily walks every day just need to find some time for strength training ! 😇
I’m working on my morning routine this month. In the past, I’ve had really nourishing morning routines and it’s been my favorite time of the day. So calm and grounded... lately I’ve been struggling to have a consistent morning routine and have been spending my mornings doing things like looking at my phone, snoozing my alarm, and rushing around to get ready for work. Starting this week I’m committing to my morning routine of getting up early, a bit of yoga or whatever movement I’m craving that day, shower + cold plunge, eating a fab breakfast, then getting ready for work. It feels good to be re-committing to myself and my well-being! I am exploring how this new morning routine will shift throughout my menstrual cycle. I won’t cold plunge while menstruating so may swap that part out for a bit more sleep or a hot bath. I’m interested to see how I can keep this routine “consistent” while keeping a cyclic lens and loving the shifts throughout my cycle.
Hi Juliet, I love your voice notes! Pilates is so amazing, I started one year ago and now I do a class every week, and sometimes even twice a week. Since starting the Libido & Vitality Reset, I eat more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff and I have lost 1kg which I am super prouf of! I also added breath work, meditation and EFT tapping in the morning with a little exercise. Only 5 mins of each but it makes such a difference! I have a longer practice at night when I have more time after work (no kids yet though!). Thank you for inspiring me to be my healthier self ❤️
I decided to start with just upgrading my morning routine and do the dry brush + tongue scraping and waou such little change but I feel the difference in how I start the day, feeling fresh and energized!
The reset inspired me to actually go further this week and do a fast + cut social media and do more movement and meditation 🧘♀️ 🙏🙌

Your daughters name is sooo beautiful Juliet! My fav essential oil! I have been hitting the superfeast Jing hard and making sure i get my liver supplement (Foraged For You) in everyday. My husband has been experimenting with stepping more into his ‘alpha’ cause i feel i need that fire and passion to actually make me want to make love 🤣 (toddler days are full on haha) which has been wonderful to feel his fire and dominance to choose me. We had our 3rd wedding anniversary on Friday and went out for dinner with our son to a lush italian restaurant here in Noosa. And yesterday we got together and celebrated a girlfriends birthday, we wove skirts then wore them and did a Samba class on land around a fire which was sooo fun and sexy and hilarious, we have the best time together! Since the beginning of the month we have made love 5 times 🌟
Its so worth it, the energy and connection cultivated serves the whole family!
