Wow, can you believe it’s already the end of January?! Time is flying! I swear it goes quicker as I get older!

How are you? How’s your heart? Have you been tending to and prioritising your pleasure and intimacy this month? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below.

As many of you know, last year was a BIG year for us as a family. So many curve balls and challenges, so much pain and so much joy - all mixed into one. I learnt so much, grew so much, and Nick and I traversed a lot together as a couple … and we survived. Phew!

And here we are. New year, new energy, new intentions. I’m really looking forward to creating magic in 2024!
